WINEMAKING NOTES

Our Cabernet Franc for Rosé is picked at the perfect balance for the style we would like to achieve.  It's taken to our winery and then lightly preseed and fermented.  We then age the wine in stainless steel for six months.  The wine was bottled in February of 2024.

TASTING NOTES

The wine has a broad aromatic, with strawberry, peach, a touch of sweet tobacco, and floral rose garden perfume.  On the palate, the wine is bright, crisp, tart and round with lots of spice and verve.  The structure is bold, yet beautiful and complex; far from your “typical” rosé wine.  Pairs well pool side on a sunny afternoon with light yet bold appetizers such as aromatic cheeses and spicy charcuterie
